How to Become Involved

Become a supporter!

The Alliance welcomes all stakeholders as supporters. You do not need to be a landowner to join the Alliance. With your stakeholder support, you help guide our projects and programs, as well as providing a strong citizen base for our actions. For a supporter form, click here. You can also contact the Alliance by writing to BCCWA, P.O. Box 461, Chico, Ca 95927-0461.

Come to our public meetings!

The Alliance holds periodic public meetings. Dates and locations vary, depending on the program topics and availability of facilities.

Please contact the Alliance Coordinator (892-2196) for information on how to become involved with the Big Chico Creek Watershed Alliance.

Become a volunteer monitor!

The Alliance coordinates a group of dedicated volunteers who get out into our creeks and measures their health. If you'd like to join our Citizen Monitoring Program, please contact Timmarie Hamill (thamill AT sunset.net or 342-6620 during regular business hours).
